Most shipments will be carried out through Courier post.
Shipping is charged at a flat rate per order depending on which country you live
in. If ordering outside of New Zealand, additional delivery charges may apply,
if this is the case you will be advised at the shipping page. At the time
of ordering, it is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address
details. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the
order to the correct address at our expense.
We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late
delivery. Orders placed with in New Zealand will be dispatched the next working
day. International Orders can take up to a maximum of 14 days for delivery
although we always endeavour to get it to you quicker if possible.
We always do our best to provide products on time to our customers. In the
event that delivery is delayed you agree that late delivery does not constitute
a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an
order. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items
stolen, lost or damaged after delivery has taken place. We will do our utmost to
investigate any of the above unfortunate events.
REFUNDS
We will not exchange or refund goods unless they were damaged or faulty when
purchased. Goods will need to be returned within 7 days of purchase. Sorry we
cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods. Goods must
be in their original packaging & un-opened to qualify for return.
METHOD OF REFUNDS
We will refund using the same method that payment was made.

the product in its original condition with its packaging. We will also need a
copy of your order confirmation record and goods receipt.
